It is important to determine whether the PLAATO Pro is the right solution for your business. That’s why we offer a 60-day buyback guarantee for all customers. The 60-day period begins from the delivery date of your PLAATO Pro device(s).
If you wish to return your device(s), please email support@plaato.io with your reason for return, and our team will assist you as soon as possible.
Please note that customers are responsible for adhering to the 60-day return period. If you need to delay or extend the buyback guarantee, please agree on this with your sales manager at checkout.
