When and How to Reset Your PLAATO Pro Device

You need to reset your PLAATO Pro device if there have been changes to your WiFi configuration, network name (SSID), or password.

Follow the steps below to reset your device:
  1. Unscrew the lid.
  2. Turn the device off and wait 10 seconds.
  3. Turn the device back on and immediately press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds.
