How do I track my PLAATO Pro shipment?

1. Track my shipment

We are so happy to hear how excited you are to receive your PLAATO Pro! 😀

As a new customer, you will have received a shipping notification email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to view your shipment status.

If the tracking page appears blank or shows no updates, there may be a temporary delay in the carrier’s tracking system. Don’t worry, it’ll update soon!

2. I didn't receive a tracking link

All customers receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please check your spam or junk folder, as emails can sometimes end up in there!

Still no email? Don't worry, you'll receive your shipping link very soon. If more than 14 days has passed since your shipment confirmation, please contact support@plaato.io with your details and we'll do our best to help you.

3. My shipping status has not changed, what do I do?

Please use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to check the latest status.

If the tracking information has not updated or appears blank, this may be due to a temporary carrier delay. If the status has not changed after 3 working days, please contact support@plaato.io and we’ll be happy to assist you.

4. My order is stuck at Customs. What should I do?

Your shipment may occasionally be held by the Customs Authority in the destination country.

In this case, please contact your local customs office directly to determine the reason and the steps required to clear your order.
