Delete a Batch with PLAATO

How to delete a Batch from your Plaato Pro App

⚠️ IMPORTANT

Once a batch is deleted from PLAATO Pro, it cannot be recovered. Please make sure you no longer need the data before proceeding.

Plaato Pro Web App

Delete a batch Web App

Steps:

  1. Log in to https://app.plaato.cloud/login

  2. Click "Batches" in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select the batch you want to delete.

  4. Click "Actions" in the top-right corner of the page.

  5. Click on "Delete" and confirm.

    Plaato Pro Mobile App (iOS and Android)

    Steps:

    1. Open your Plaato Pro App.

    2. Tap "Batches"

    3. Select the batch you want to delete.

    4. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner (next to the batch name).

    5. Tap "Delete" and confirm.
