Archive a PLAATO Pro

How to Remove a PLAATO Pro from Your Account

All team members on your account can archive a PLAATO Pro.

Using the Archive feature is a great way to remove a PLAATO Pro that is no longer in use while preserving its historical fermentation data.

Here’s how 👇🏼

Web App

  1. Log in to the PLAATO Pro Web App: https://app.plaato.cloud/login

  2. Click on "Devices" and locate the PLAATO Pro you want to archive.

  3. In the device list, click the settings cogwheel next to the device.

  4. On the Device Options page, click "Archive Device".

  5. Confirm by selecting "Archive Device" again.

Your device is now archived.

Mobile App

  1. Open the PLAATO Mobile App.

  2. Tap "Devices" to view your device list.

  3. Select the PLAATO Pro you want to archive, then tap the settings cogwheel.

  4. Under "Save Changes", tap "Archive".

  5. Confirm by selecting "Archive Device".

Your device is now archived.

Notes📝

  • Archiving a PLAATO Pro does not delete your data.

  • Archived devices can be reactivated at any time.

  • There is currently no limit to how many PLAATO Pros you can archive.

  • To permanently delete a PLAATO Pro, you must first archive it.
