# Can I use the PLAATO Pro for low alc & NA fermentations?

## The PLAATO Pro is suitable for all low alc and NA fermentation processes.

The PLAATO Pro sensor detection range is ± 0.002 SG or 0.5°P making it perfect for monitoring even the slightest changes in liquid density. The precise tracking of fermentation activity allows you to closely observe even subtle activity, which is especially useful for low-ABV or low-sugar fermentations where changes can be less pronounced. This level of insight helps ensure consistency and quality, even in delicate fermentation processes.
